If you’re trying to log in for the first time, please ensure that your company’s firewall and security settings allow access to ChargePilot and the login page. We’ve seen issues in the past where certain IT setups blocked the connection. Please check with your IT department.
You will also need an initial invite email to access the Dashboard. This email prompts you to set your password. Only then will you be able to log in.
