An offline status for the controller is often temporary and occurs when the internet connection is lost or a new connection to the backend is required, such as during an update or restart. During this time, charging sessions continue without interruption.
If the power supply to the controller is interrupted, it will remain offline.
Steps to Bring the Controller Back Online
- Check the internet connection of the network the controller is connected to.
- Verify the controller’s power supply.
- Restart the controller via its dedicated circuit breaker, which is separate from that of the stations.
