- Click on the specific charging event to view its details.
- Switch to the Ampere view to check:
- The power offered by ChargePilot to your EV (across three phases).
- The actual power drawn by the vehicle during the session.
If your EV did not utilize the offered power (indicated by 0 A or a value lower than the offer), it means the vehicle was not accepting more power at that time.
This can happen for various reasons, such as the vehicle’s battery being nearly full or due to temporary limitations in the EV’s charging system.
