Why don’t I see changes to my ID name and additional information in the download?

First, ensure that the relevant ID card is registered at the selected site. For sites that handle authentication through a billing backend, only ID tags are visible in the download.


For accounts with multiple sites, it’s possible that ID cards are not activated at all sites but can still be used at those sites due to authentication through the billing backend.


Changes to the ID name and additional information will only appear in the download from the moment the ID is activated for the respective site within ChargePilot.
