Step-by-Step Update Guide
- Ensure no cables are connected to the vehicle before and during the update. If cables are connected, the station may reject the update.
- We recommend starting the update with a limited number of charging stations before rolling it out to the entire site.
- Make sure to follow the correct version order when updating (see below). If the wrong version is selected, the station may reject the update, and an error can occur.
Important:
- For all previously delivered devices (with software version <1.15.0), the “Timesync-Snapshot-2nd” must be installed once after the update or a factory reset. This is required only once.
- The snapshot does not appear as a separate firmware version — the current firmware version (e.g. 1.17.1) will remain.

Troubleshooting
- Update rejected / not received
- Ensure you are using the correct version.
- Make sure no cables are connected and the station is available.
- Update aborted
- If the station aborts the update and goes offline, wait a few minutes for it to come back online.
- If it does not come back online, it must be restarted locally via the circuit breaker.
- Andere Fehler
- If other errors occur during the update and the station remains offline, please contact our support.
