Step-by-Step Guide to Update

Selection of the appropriate firmware update file based on the nameplate

There are different firmware update files for the Terra AC models, which must be selected depending on the nameplate.

Charger models

Terra AC W11/22-S-RD-MC-0 ⇒ MID
Terra AC W11/22-G5-RD-MC-0 ⇒ MID
Terra AC W11/22-T-RD-PC-0 ⇒ PTB/Eichrecht
Terra AC W11/22-G5-RD-PC-0 ⇒ PTB/Eichrecht
Others ⇒ CE
- For CE units produced before 2020/CW39, use the CE (Old) file
- Example: SN: TACW22-4-3920-G0875

1.8.32 ≤ FW < 1.8.34	Accordinf to the charger model, select the corresponding file 1.8.34 Update to the version 1.8.34
1.8.0 ≤ FW < 1.8.32	Accordinf to the charger model, select the corrisponding file 1.8.34 - full version Update to the version 1.8.34 directly
