  • Default Fallback Flow Activation: Ensured the fallback flow is now the default for new sites, eliminating the need to manually set the charging stations' fallback when setting up a site.
  • Improved Firmware Update Process: Users can now update their charger firmware for multiple sites at a time with just one click.
  • Seamless Installer-Dashboard Workflow: Electricians can now directly switch from the Installer to the Dashboard without logging out.
  • Enhanced Data Analysis Capabilities: Start and end state of charge data is now available in the Charging Events download, unlocking deeper charging event success analysis. In OCPP logs, additional data fields such as amperage, voltage, and power are included in the download file to enable customers to self-serve on their charger reporting and analysis.

  • IMPROVEMENT OCPP Logs: Amperage, power, and current information is now available in the OCPP logs download for chargers that report this information.
  • IMPROVEMENT OCPP Logs: Columns names were updated to more intuitive titles.

  • FIXED Dashboard: Refined the statistics download functionality to ensure only data from the main distribution is included, providing more accurate and relevant insights.

  • Automated Fallback Values: Fallback values for new charging stations are now set automatically during the setup process, ensuring smooth offline operation and simplified site commissioning. This feature guarantees that stations remain functional even without a network connection.
  • Direct Site Creation via Installer: Electricians and partners can now create new sites directly from the Installer, bypassing the need for internal preparation by the implementation team, significantly reducing setup time and streamlining the process.

  • IMPROVEMENT Phoenix Meter: Transformer ratio can be set via ChargePilot in the Installer. No need to use the Phoenix admin web tools any more.
  • IMPROVEMENT Keba Firmware update: Firmware updates for Keba chargers will be retried for 24h if they fail e.g. because of network issues.
  • FIXED Network Proxy: Connectivity checks do not stress cloud backend any more.
