We are aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA standards, which is the widely accepted benchmark for accessibility compliance (and what most organizations aim for).
We are aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA standards, which is the widely accepted benchmark for accessibility compliance (and what most organizations aim for).
- We’ve completed our VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template), including a full review of VPAT 2.5 and Section 508 requirements.
- This means we now have a clear, documented view of how our product meets accessibility criteria today which can be shared for RFPs.
- WCAG levels:
- Level A: Minimum level of accessibility.
- Level AA: Mid-range and widely accepted standard for compliance (e.g., ADA compliance for US government sites).
- Level AAA: Highest and most stringent level.
What’s in progress
We’re actively building out a Digital Accessibility Roadmap (DAR) — this is our action plan based on the VPAT findings, outlining what we’ll improve and prioritize next.

- Accessibility reviews and testing are part of our ongoing design and development cycles, not just a one-time effort.
What to expect
- Accessibility is a continuous process. We’ll be running evaluations regularly (at least yearly) and updating our documentation to stay aligned with standards.
