Step-by-step update guide

- There could be days of delay between the update confirmation and execution. Do not trigger repetitive update request during this period of time
- Once the update begins, the process can take 30 min averagely or up to 4 hr with poor connectivity
- Once updated to 2.2.0, a rollback/downgrade to previous versions will not be possible
- A gradual rollout is recommended. i.e. batch update instead of bulk update
