Step-by-Step Guide to Update

  1. Ensure that no cables are connected to your vehicle before or during the update. If cables are connected, the station might reject the update.

  2. We recommend initiating the update with a limited number of charging stations before expanding it to the entire site.

  3. Update Sequence

    1. Check the charger having the firmware version ≥1.7.0

    2. Upload the file HYC150_HYC300_SW_Update package_v2.2.0.trigger to the charger

    3. Ensure the network connectivity and then contact Alpitronic to trigger the update from Hyperlog

Update Sequence

  • There could be days of delay between the update confirmation and execution. Do not trigger repetitive update request during this period of time

  • Once the update begins, the process can take 30 min averagely or up to 4 hr with poor connectivity

  • Once updated to 2.2.0, a rollback/downgrade to previous versions will not be possible

  • A gradual rollout is recommended. i.e. batch update instead of bulk update
